Premier League Tour Heroes: Morgan on the Rise, Watkins Hits the Mark — Football Fantasy Blog
These are the most effective players of the 33rd round of Fantasy EPL on Sports’’ – and right away, ideas for the next one, because new matches are already on Tuesday evening.
● lineup – the best that could be obtained in the round, if assembling a team according to fantasy rules (total cost – 100, maximum three from one club, in case of equal points, the cheaper one gets in).
● this is not a team of any real players and even less a team of the Sports’’ editorial staff
● players in the picture are not arranged as on a tactical scheme, but simply divided by positions: defenders-midfielders-forwards. If you look closely, you can notice – it’s alphabetical order from left to right
● points are calculated without considering the captain – because captaincy is already an add-on, doubling would prevent us from clearly comparing rounds and fantasy heroes.

Morgan Gibbs-White, Midfielder, Nottingham Forest (7.77%) – 17 points
Morgan is currently in top form: five goals in six matches. Considering Forest is fighting for survival, the team’s determination will be at its peak until the end of the championship. Alternative: Ryan Cherki for 8 (Manchester City). Cherki is a good choice instead of the more popular Antoine Semenyo, and also as a complement to him with Burnley. Over the last four matches, Ryan has been City’s best in terms of chances created (6).
Xavi Simons for 8 (Tottenham). Simons scored against Brighton, became the match leader in shots (4) and dangerous chances created (2). Next is already relegated Wolverhampton, where the team desperately needs points to avoid relegation as well.
Ollie Watkins, Forward, Aston Villa (5.78%) – 14 points

Scored his third brace of the season, now with 11 goals in the season. He is currently the only player in the Premier League with 10 or more goals in each of the last six seasons. Upcoming matches against Fulham, Tottenham, and Burnley are a great chance to score even more. Alternative: Jarrod Bowen for 8.5 (West Ham). Bowen is the key attacker for West Ham, a team still in the danger zone. Upcoming matches against Everton and Brentford could be decisive in the battle with Tottenham. Noah Okafor for 5.5 (Leeds). The Swiss player is in great form: adding a goal and an assist in this match to his brace in the last one. His finishing is impeccable: three goals in four matches with just five shots.
James Justin, defender, Leeds (0.07%) – 11 points
Scored for the second time this season. Over the last four matches, he is second in Leeds for shots (7). The team has favorable upcoming matches against Bournemouth, Burnley, Tottenham, Brighton, and West Ham. Alternative: Neco Williams for 5.5 (Nottingham Forest). Over the last four matches, Williams leads all defenders in shots (10) and is second in touches in the box (15), but faces two away matches against Sunderland and Chelsea next. Pedro Porro for 6 (Tottenham). The Spaniard scored his first goal of the season, and over the last four matches, Porro leads Tottenham’s defenders in shots (6), chances created (7), and touches in the box (8). Next up is a match against the bottom-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Bernd Leno, goalkeeper, Fulham (2.93%) – 7 points

Reached seven clean sheets, but it will be difficult to extend the streak: a tough schedule lies ahead with matches against Aston Villa, Arsenal, and Bournemouth. Alternative: Robin Rutter for 4.5 (Sunderland). Third in saves (95) this season, and upcoming opponents Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton are among the worst in clear-cut chances created this season.
Deadline for Gameweek 34 – 22:00 MSK on Tuesday, April 21. Kicking off with Brighton vs. Chelsea.
